It’s probably no secret that I am a huge fan of Jess Sepel. I absolutely love her message, her recipes and she is such a gorgeous soul as well. I jumped at the opportunity to become one of her JSHealth Girls because I believe we need more people in the world spreading the message of health but most importantly BALANCE within health. I haven’t had an eating disorder but I witnessed a lot of people who did when I was dancing. Thats not to say I didn’t develop an unhealthy relationship with food because I most certainly did.
